• The appearance of the product is complete without damage.
• The information is complete, and the system diagram of distribution box or distribution cabinet must include control schematic diagram and wiring diagram; the components inside the distribution box or distribution cabinet must have certificate of conformity, operation instructions, etc. Factory test report is required in the distribution box.
• Check the drawings and finished products to see if they are consistent with the drawings and whether the requirements of the customers are in place
• Open the distribution box or distribution cabinet, and check whether the cabinet is clean and tidy, whether the position of components is reasonable, whether the operation is convenient, and whether the wiring is regular. The creepage distance and electrical clearance shall meet the requirements. The contact is reliable, the wire diameter meets the requirements, and there is no breakpoint in the grounding.
