1. When working with all or part of the power on, there shall be obvious signs to separate the equipment from the operating equipment.
2. The secondary winding with current transformer and voltage transformer shall be reliably grounded.
3. These Measures shall be taken during the operation of the secondary circuit of the current transformer: it is strictly prohibited to disconnect the current circuit, and it is prohibited to work on the circuit and conductor between the current transformer and the short-circuit terminal. At the same time, the short-circuit piece and short-circuit line shall be used to ensure the reliable short-circuit of the secondary coil of the current transformer.
