Power equipment is a very important product in our power work, and the distribution cabinet is the main power equipment produced and sold by our company. The use of this product has brought great convenience to our power work, so this product has been widely used. However, when the distribution cabinet is used for a long time, it also needs to be cleaned. Before cleaning the distribution cabinet, we must first disconnect the power supply and then clean it. If it is cleaned when it is powered on, it will easily lead to leakage, short circuit and so on. Shandong power distribution cabinet must check whether the circuit has been disconnected before cleaning. Then, when cleaning the distribution box, avoid water remaining in the distribution box. If water is found, wipe it with a dry rag to ensure that the distribution box can be powered on when it is dry. Remember not to clean with corrosive chemicals, and avoid the distribution box from touching corrosive liquid or air.

1： About electrical parts:

1. The wiring of input side and output side of miniature circuit breaker is inverted.

2. The coil voltage of electrical components is inconsistent with the voltage in the drawing, and the voltage of PLC control cabinet manufacturers, especially small relays and indicator lights, is easy to be wrong.

3. The positive and negative polarity of the electrical appliance is reversed. There are many components inside the DC appliance with positive and negative polarity, such as electrolytic capacitors, transistors, integrated circuits, etc.. These components are very sensitive to the positive and negative polarity and are easy to burn out once negative pressure is loaded.

2： About terminal crimping:

1. Wire and terminal are not compressed:

The wires and terminals shall be compacted to prevent excessive contact resistance between them. When a large current passes through, a large heat generator will be formed at the contact, so as to accelerate the rapid oxidation of the contact surface and further increase the contact resistance. In this case, the manufacturer of PLC control cabinet will cause intermittent information on the signal line. For the power circuit, the device and the whole control panel will be burned.

Treatment: after the terminal is pressed, pull it with appropriate force. In case of high-power power circuit, use hydraulic pliers to select the current wire diameter and exchange the die step by step until there is no gap between the terminal and the wire.

2. The wire diameter is inconsistent with the terminal specification:

When the line does not match the terminal, although we feel that the line cannot be pulled out, the contact between the line and the terminal is point contact, and the contact resistance is still very large. It will still cause the phenomena mentioned above.

Treatment: if the loose terminal or wire diameter is inconsistent with the terminal, the wire connector of the low-voltage distribution cabinet supplier must be folded back before pressing, so as to increase the contact area and prevent loosening.
