What is the difference between power distribution box and lighting distribution box?

Many people don't know the difference between them. To understand the difference between the two, we must first know how much power they use. The lighting distribution box is generally 220V civil lighting distribution. The power distribution box is generally 380V power distribution box. Both are strong electricity. Some people say that there is no neutral wire in the power box, such as yjv22 (3 * 150 + 1 * 95) SC100. They say that 1 * 95 is the grounding wire, so there is no neutral wire. Of course, 3 * 150 is a, B and C three phases. Others say 1 * 95 is neutral? So what is the difference between power distribution box and lighting distribution box?

The distribution box and switch box shall be firmly installed to facilitate operation and maintenance. The distribution box and switch box installed on the ground shall be flat and higher than the ground, and no sundries shall be stacked nearby. The inlet and outlet of distribution box and switch box should be set at the bottom or side of the box, and the outgoing line of power supply should pass through the pipe and be equipped with waterproof elbow. The wires in the distribution box and switch box shall be well insulated, neatly arranged and firmly fixed, and the wire ends shall be bolted or crimped. The distribution box with more than 3 circuits shall be equipped with main switch and shunt switch. Each shunt knife switch shall not be connected to 2 or more electrical equipment and shall not be used by 2 or more operation groups. The distribution box integrating lighting and power shall be equipped with knife switch or switch respectively. The contactor, knife switch, switch and other electrical equipment installed in the distribution box and switch box shall act flexibly, contact well and reliably, and the contact shall not be seriously ablated.     The distribution box is generally divided into compact distribution box, such as pz30 distribution box or golf distribution box. It is commonly used for concealed installation in residential suite or corridor wall. It is often composed of miniature circuit breaker. The incoming line is 3-phase MCB below 63A, and the outgoing line is 3-phase or single-phase MCB or RCB. It is generally embedded in the wall, and the bottom distance from the ground shall not be less than 1.5m according to the specification requirements.

The surface mounted distribution box is often used as the floor general distribution box, and the lower level is the above compact distribution box. The general distribution box is often set in the electric shaft. The surface mounted main switch is a high current molded case circuit breaker MCCB, and the outgoing line is MCCB or MCB (medium current, three-phase majority). The incoming line is generally electric cable, and the outgoing line is a concealed distribution box from the conductor to the lower level site, and the model is generally XM. Cabinet distribution box, Generally landing, used as the main incoming line. The general model of electric box has little meaning. It mainly depends on the switch.

Neutral line: the line from the neutral point of the transformer is called neutral line and is connected with the ground wire of the earth near the transformer. Then the neutral wire and the grounding wire are the same wire, that is, the zero wire in the ordinary three-phase four wire system. Because there is a great resistance from the transformer grounding point to the user. Therefore, the neutral line is a zero line in the user's home, not a zero potential, so it is not a ground line. In order to connect another ground wire in the user's home for safety (Note: the ground wire is generally near the user), a three-phase five wire system is formed, that is, three phase wires plus a neutral wire and a ground wire. For example: yjv22 (3 * 150 + 1 * 95) SC100, that 1 * 95 is the zero line, that is, the neutral line. Of course, 3 * 150 is a, B and C three phases. For safety, the user adds the ground wire himself. That is, three-phase five wire system. The lighting distribution box is generally 220V civil lighting distribution box. Civil use sometimes uses single-phase electricity (220V), and sometimes three-phase four wire. The power distribution box is generally 380V power distribution, three-phase, four wire or five wire.
