What are the safety requirements for the distribution board?
Distribution board is a mass of parameters in data. Generally, it is composed of high-voltage forest according to electrical wiring. It is required to assemble switchgear, measuring instruments, maintenance appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi closed metal cabinet or screen to form a low-voltage distribution board. During normal operation, the circuit can be switched on or off with the help of manual or automatic switches.
(1) The current type high-voltage electric shock protector of the device shall meet the following requirements: ① The electric shock protector shall be intact, sensitive and reliable, and shall be selected reasonably according to the actual load current; ② The lines and electrical equipment to be maintained shall be well insulated, and the current mark of the electric shock protector shall be correctly selected; ③ The wires passing through the electric shock protector shall be twisted together, wrapped with gauze or tape, and placed in the center. The bunches shall not be scattered within 200mm before and after the contact protector; ④ The electric shock protector shall be far away from the AC electromagnetic field, such as transformer, current transformer, motor, etc., and the interval with the matched AC contactor device shall be more than 400mm; ⑤ The zero line passing through the electric shock protector shall not be grounded repeatedly, only the task zero line is allowed, and the metal shell of the electrical equipment to be maintained should be grounded for maintenance; ⑥ If maintenance neutral connection is adopted, its maintenance neutral line shall be led out from the front of the electric shock protector switch.
(2) The manufacturing device of distribution board and switch box shall meet the following requirements: ① The distribution board shall be made of iron plate or other fireproof insulating materials to achieve ventilation, heat dissipation, rain prevention and fire prevention; ② All electrical appliances in the box shall be installed on metal or other insulating boards (not wooden boards) and fastened in the box. The metal bottom plate shall be electrically connected with the box; ③ The metal shell and base of the normally uncharged box must be connected to the neutral (ground), connected through the public terminal, and separated from the maintenance neutral line terminal board. All electrical connecting wires shall be insulated wires, and the joints shall be firm and not exposed; ④ Rubber insulated cables must be used for incoming and outgoing lines, and the incoming and outgoing lines shall be set at the lower end of the box with protective rings. The incoming (outgoing) line shall be made with waterproof bend and shall not accept external force.
(3) The indoor general distribution panel and distribution board or the outdoor general distribution board and distribution board shall be set up for power distribution at the construction site. The capacity of power distribution devices at all levels shall match with the practical load. Power and lighting shall be set separately.
(4) The electrical rating and setting value of the main distribution board shall be consistent with the rating and setting value of the shunt switch. The main automatic switch, leakage protector and shunt automatic switch shall be installed.
(5) All kinds of electrical components and leakage protectors used in distribution boardes at all levels shall meet the quality requirements of national standards.
(6) The leakage protectors in the distribution boardes at all levels shall be arranged reasonably to play the role of graded and segmented maintenance.
(7) The leakage protector shall be used strictly according to the product manual, and the test shall be stopped regularly and the good luck shall be recorded. For those that have been idle for a long time and have been used for more than one month, they should reflect on the experiment and can be used before they are qualified.
(8) Each electric equipment shall be equipped with a public switch. "One switch for one machine" must be implemented. It is strictly prohibited to use one switch for multiple purposes.
(9) Manual switching devices can only be used to directly control lighting circuits and power circuits with capacity less than 3kw. The box distribution at all levels shall be carried out by specially assigned personnel, who shall perform regular inspection, maintenance and cleaning.
(10) When the power distribution board stops introspection and maintenance, it must be cut off from the power switch of the previous level and hung with a striking "power outage maintenance" sign.
