1. Cold rolled A3 steel plate with good conductivity and magnetic conductivity is adopted. The thickness of top and side wall steel plate is 2mm, and the thickness of bottom steel plate is 3mm. The gantry frame is composed of various section steel and special-shaped keel welded to form a truss type self-supporting structure. The section shape and size of various steel structures are determined by calculating the strength and stiffness of keel components and the bending strength of main and auxiliary beams. The standard unit plate is directly attached to the installation plane provided by the gantry frame. The CO2 shielded welding technology is used between the two adjacent units, which greatly inhibits the welding deformation and protects the flatness of the steel plate plane.
2. Each steel plate in the shielding room is formed by one-time stamping with 500t hydraulic press, and CO2 shielded welding is used on the edge of adjacent steel plates. The bending edge of steel plate can effectively eliminate welding stress. At the same time, it can effectively prevent the welding seam cracking caused by the internal stress of the steel plate after welding, so that there is good electrical continuity between the plates and ensure the shielding performance of the shielding room for long-term use.
3. The ground beam frame is fixed with a 5mm thick metal base plate under the C-shaped steel. The ground beam is fixed with the metal base plate by electric welding. The 5mm thick PVC insulating base plate is laid under the metal base plate. The metal base plate and insulation base plate are fixed with the infrastructure ground by the expansion bolts on both sides of the base plate. After the installation, the height of the ground beam frame is 50 mm. In this way, the insulation treatment is carried out between the shielding room and the infrastructure ground through the insulation pad.
4.The shielding room shell is located on the ground beam frame. The ground beam frame is composed of C-shaped steel welded in the form of "well" grid. The arrangement size of "well" grid (625 mm × 600mm) is determined by the layout size of shielding floor and anti-static floor inside the shielding room.
