Class I distribution box: the construction power distribution cabinet is used for construction power on the construction site. It is specially designed for the special situation of the project construction site and meets the relevant construction power specifications and standards of the construction department. The complete set of products can form a complete three-level protection system for construction power, so as to achieve the purpose of one machine, one switch and one protection. It is very suitable for all kinds of standard projects.

The primary cabinet adopts lower incoming and lower outgoing lines, and the front door is opened. The main bus is connected by copper bar, with good contact. It is equipped with metering system, safe and beautiful. The rainproof box top is suitable for field work.

Secondary distribution box: it is applicable to the construction power on the construction site. It is specially designed for the special situation of the project construction site. It meets the relevant construction power specifications and standards of the construction department. The complete set of products can form a complete three-level protection system for construction power, so as to achieve the purpose of one machine, one switch and one protection.

The secondary box adopts the design of inner and outer doors, the appearance is plastic sprayed, safe and beautiful, and the rainproof box top is suitable for field work.

Three level distribution box: a distribution box is set under the main distribution box, a switch box is set under the distribution box, and electrical equipment is set under the switch box to form a three-level distribution box.

"Two-level protection" mainly refers to the use of leakage protection measures. In addition to installing leakage protector in the last level switch box, one-level leakage protector should also be installed in the upper level distribution box or general distribution box to form two-level protection on the whole. The principle of "one machine, one switch, one leakage, one box and one lock", that is, it is strictly prohibited for the same switchgear to directly control two or more electrical equipment (including sockets).

Difference between level I, level II and level III of distribution box

Primary distribution box: three-phase power supply, ground wire and zero wire are introduced from the transformer.

Secondary distribution box: from the power line of primary distribution box to temporary power.

Level III distribution box: control cabinet of electrical equipment.

Box configuration requirements

Level 1 required configuration:

Main circuit isolation + main circuit breaker and main fuse

Shunt isolation + shunt leakage protection switch

Level II required configuration:

Main circuit general isolation + main circuit fuse and circuit breaker

Shunt isolation + shunt fuse and circuit breaker

Level III configuration: isolation + leakage protector
