The Pv Combiner Box Should Be Cleaned And Maintained Regularly
(1) The PV combiner box is the eighth product of the power distribution center and the normal operation of the equipment. No irrelevant personnel is allowed to pull the switch on the board.
(2) After the generator set is started, the speed up switch of power panel shall be used to accelerate slowly manually until the generator enters into normal working state and the voltage and frequency reach the specified value, then the power can be switched on and transmitted.
(3) After the distribution board enters the distribution state, it is not allowed to pull the speed up switch of the power panel at will, and the locking switch of the air circuit breaker shall not be used in non emergency situations.
(4) The parallel operation of generators should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements and regulations of parallel operation conditions. Attention should be paid to the occurrence of reverse power (reverse current) and parallel failure.
(5) During shutdown, the generator load shall be cut off first, and then the generator shall be stopped without load.
(6) When switching shore power supply, the power switch of shore power supply panel shall be cut off first, and then the correctness of wiring and phase sequence shall be checked. After the correctness is confirmed, the ship shore power conversion can be implemented, and the operation with load is strictly prohibited.
(7) The PV combiner box should be cleaned and maintained regularly to keep the equipment in good working condition.
(8) When operating the distribution board, the generator staff should concentrate on thinking and operate carefully to prevent accidents. Otherwise, the personal accident responsibility will be investigated.
(9) The charging and discharging board is the emergency distribution board of the ship. The personnel on duty should regularly check its working condition to ensure sufficient low-voltage power at any time, and master the working condition of the magnetic saturation voltage regulator through the instruments on the board.
(10) During normal navigation, all switches on the distribution board should be on to ensure that the generator can be started at any time and can be put into use at any time.
