The small power distribution box(split meter ready board) we use is a low-voltage power distribution device that we often use by assembling switchgear, measuring instruments, protective electrical and some auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi closed power distribution box (it is also possible on the screen) according to the requirements of electrical wiring.

During normal operation, the circuit can be switched on or off with the help of manual or automatic switches. In case of failure or abnormal operation, it will cut off the circuit or give an alarm with the help of protective appliances. With the help of measuring instruments, various parameters in operation can also be displayed, some electrical parameters can be adjusted, and prompts or signals can be sent out when they have deviated from the normal working state. It is often used in various power stations, power distribution stations and substations. Now let's learn about its installation method, mainly including the following four points.

1. There is a ready board. First remove the sundries in the box, then straighten out the wires, distinguish which is the branch and which is the phase sequence, and bind them into bundles according to the branch.

2. After the box (or ready board) is aligned, lead the end of the wire into the box or ready board, one by one, and then crimp the end of the wire to the appliance one by one. At the same time, press the PE protective ground wire to an obvious place, and fix the box (ready board) after it is adjusted and straightened.

3. After the installation of the ready board with many electrical appliances and instruments, the instrument should be used to check whether there is any error. After the adjustment is correct, try to power on and write notes on the cards in the card box.

4. When piping is laid in a concealed way in the fender wall and there is a concealed junction box, it is required that the opening of the box should be aligned with the wall (flat), and fire protection facilities should be provided at the wooden fender wall.
