Safety Requirements For Distribution Box And Switch Box
1.The distribution management system should be equipped with AC distribution cabinet, general distribution box, distribution box, switch box, and implement the national three-level power distribution. The power distribution cabinet distributes the electric energy of a circuit of the upper power distribution equipment to the nearest load. This equipment shall provide protection, monitoring and control of the load. According to the electrical wiring, the switchgear, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment are required to be assembled in closed or semi enclosed metal cabinet or on the screen to form a low-voltage distribution box. In normal operation, the circuit can be connected or disconnected by manual or automatic switch. The power cabinet is a combination of electrical control cabinets that provide power for the normal operation of the whole machine, including fuses, circuit breakers, contactors, frequency converters, high-voltage cabinets, transformers, etc.
2. The power, distribution box and distribution box should be set separately. When the merger enterprise is set as the same standard distribution box, the power and distribution box should be distributed separately; the power is that the switch box and the switch box should be set separately.
3. The main distribution box shall be located in an area continuously close to one power supply. The distribution boxes shall be located in areas where the safety equipment or load capacity is relatively concentrated. The distance between the distribution box and the switch box should not be more than 30 m. The distance between the switch box and its internal control fixed foundation electric information equipment should not be more than 3 m.
4. There should be enough students around the distribution box and switch box to improve the working space and channel at the same time. It is not allowed to directly stack any other articles that do not hinder their own operation and maintenance; there shall be no shrubs and weeds.
5. The distribution box and switch box shall be installed upright and firmly. The vertical transportation distance between the center point of fixed distribution box and switch box and the ground should be 1.4 ~ 1.6m. Mobile distribution box and switch box should be installed on solid and stable support in China. The vertical distance between the center point and the ground should be 0.8 ~ 1.6 M.
6. The electrical appliances (including sockets) in the distribution box and switch protection box should be installed on the mounting plate of various metal or non wood materials flame retardant research and insulation part of the electrical company, and then it can be realized that the overall need to be fastened in the distribution box and switch box.
7. N line terminal board and PE line terminal board are respectively set on the electrical product installation board of distribution box. N-line terminal board and metal are used as electrical design and installation board for insulation; PE line terminal board and metal electronic and electrical equipment start to install board for electrical technology connection.
8. The N line in the in and out line is connected through the N line terminal board; the PE line is connected through the PE line terminal board.
9. The basic structure system of distribution box and switch box shall be able to effectively prevent rain and dust.
