7. The distribution box and switch box shall be installed firmly and upright. The mobile distribution box and switch box shall be installed on the solid support. The vertical distance between the bottom surface of fixed distribution box and switch box and the ground shall be greater than 1.3m and less than 1.5m; The vertical distance between the bottom of mobile distribution box and switch box and the ground should be greater than 0.6m and less than 1.5m; All distribution boxes and switch boxes must be rainproof and dustproof.
8. The main distribution box should be located near the power supply area; The distribution box shall be installed in the area where the electric equipment or load is relatively concentrated; The distance between the distribution box and the switch box shall not exceed 30 m. the switch box shall be distributed by the final distribution box, and the horizontal distance between the switch box and the fixed electrical equipment controlled by it shall not exceed 3 m.
9. Usually, the customer's requirements for the appearance of explosion-proof distribution box may focus on the color and surface uniformity. In fact, this requirement is also our distribution box manufacturer's requirements for the distribution box produced by ourselves. We will carry out electrostatic spray molding for the surface color of the distribution box according to the actual needs of customers.
10. The coating shall be firmly attached, uniform in color, without wrinkles, peeling, spots, missing spraying and other adverse phenomena. No obvious color difference and reflection shall be observed at a distance of 1m, and the surface shall be smooth and clean, without pits, scratches and other damage phenomena. Other coated parts used in the box should also be free from peeling, spots, missing plating, rust and other adverse phenomena, and the appearance quality should meet the same requirements as above. The inside of the distribution box shall be clean, and there shall be no sundries, dust, etc. in the distribution box except for the data and spare parts to be provided to users and other accessories required by relevant national specifications.
11. Explosion proof distribution box manufacturer on the appearance of the distribution box conditions, mechanical requirements of the distribution box. The thickness of the steel plate selected for the distribution box body shall not be less than 1.5mm, and the distribution cabinet body shall be made of cold-rolled steel plate with the thickness of not less than 2.0mm. The thickness of the steel plate door and steel plate panel shall not be less than 2.0mm, and the thickness of the back plate shall not be less than 3.0mm. The guide rail must be solid, and the structure of the distribution cabinet shall be complete and firm. At the same time, two lugs are welded at the lower left corner and the upper right corner of the back of the non floor type distribution box. The lug is made of 40x4 flat steel, and the length of the flat steel is 10cm.
12. A series of problems in the later stage of explosion-proof distribution box are actually related to the die-cutting of the components we put in the distribution box and the installation of the distribution box. In the face of a series of problems in the later stage of the distribution box, we need to make corresponding preparations as soon as possible.
13. The components in the distribution box have been installed in order, and there is no dust, water and sundries in the distribution box. If the distribution box is installed on the ground, the bottom of our distribution box should be 50-100 mm higher than the ground, and the center height of the operating handle is generally 1.2-1.5 M; There are no obstacles within the range of 0.8-1.2m in front of the distribution box (cabinet). There shall be no bare live body exposed outside the distribution box (cabinet); The electrical components that must be installed on the outer surface of the distribution box (cabinet) or on the distribution board must have reliable screen protection.
- In case of fault or abnormal operation, cut off the circuit or give an alarm with the help of protective appliances. By means of measuring instruments, various parameters in operation can be displayed, and some electrical parameters can be adjusted to prompt or send signals for deviation from normal working state. It is commonly used in power stations, distribution stations and substations. Once the operation of our distribution box is obstructed, we must take corresponding measures as soon as possible, so as to ensure that the components will not suffer corresponding losses.
