1. The wire inlet and outlet of explosion-proof distribution box should be set at the bottom of the box, not at the top, side, back or door of the box; The incoming line and outgoing line shall be sheathed and bundled, and waterproof bending shall be made; The conductor bundle shall not be in direct contact with the inlet and outlet of the box; It is strictly forbidden to connect the power cord into the switch box with a bolt; Rubber insulated cables must be used for the inlet and outlet lines of mobile distribution box and switch box.

2. The connecting wire in the explosion-proof distribution box shall be insulated wire, the joint shall not be loose, and there shall be no exposed live parts; The working zero line in the distribution box and switch box shall be connected through the terminal board, and set separately with the protective zero line terminal board; The metal box of the distribution box and switch box, the metal electrical installation plate and the non electrified metal base and shell of the electrical appliances in the box must be protected and connected to the neutral line, and the protective zero line shall be connected through the terminal board.

3. Explosion proof distribution box and switch box shall be installed in ventilated, dry and normal temperature places. It is strictly forbidden to install it in the gas, smoke, steam, liquid and other harmful medium with serious damage, and it is not allowed to install it in the place vulnerable to impact, vibration, liquid splashing and heat source baking; There should be enough space and passage for two people to work at the same time around the distribution box and switch box. There should be no objects that hinder the operation and maintenance, weeds, shrubs, etc.

4. The explosion-proof distribution box shall be made of iron plate, aluminum shell, stainless steel plate or insulating material, and the thickness of aluminum plate shall reach 4 thicknesses required by the national standard; The electrical appliances in the distribution box shall be installed on the metal or non wood insulated electrical appliance mounting plate first, and then be fastened in the distribution box as a whole; The metal plate shall be electrically connected with the distribution box.

5. The explosion-proof power distribution box and the explosion-proof lighting distribution box should be set separately. If they are combined in the same distribution box, the power and lighting lines should be set separately.

6. The power distribution system at the construction site shall implement hierarchical power distribution, and the main distribution box (or distribution room) shall be set. The distribution box shall be set below the main distribution box, the switch box shall be set below the distribution box, and the electrical equipment shall be set below the switch box.
