Power safety of operating Ready Board
The Ready Board is generally used in the live environment, so the operator will have a certain risk when operating the equipment. The following Ready Board manufacturer will introduce some common knowledge of power safety in the operation of Ready Board:
Correctly apply for electricity, install and maintain the Ready Board, find the staff of the power supply bureau, and don't connect wires without permission; A circuit protection device is installed in each power consumption unit, and the aging degree of the circuit protection device is often checked; In the power lighting Ready Board, the ground row and zero row must have reserved wire pressing position, the grounding bolt shall not be less than M10, the galvanized bolt, and the grounding point must be in the lower left corner of the box.
According to the manufacturer of the Ready Board, the PE wires in the Ready Board shall not be connected in series. The PE wires connected with the moving parts must be copper tin rinsed soft braided wires through transparent plastic pipes. Only one pe wire can be pressed at the same grounding terminal, and the cross section of the PE wire shall meet the requirements of the construction specifications. The Ready Board and distribution circuit of fire-fighting equipment must be clearly marked in red.
It is forbidden to press two conductors with unequal cross-section on one terminal. Only two wires with equal cross-section (less than 6 mm2) can be pressed on one terminal. Insulation measures shall be taken for power lines and various electrical equipment, especially for circuit switches and other places to ensure no leakage; Do not stand in a humid environment to move charged appliances, and do not wipe charged appliances with wet rags, etc.
The manufacturer of the Ready Board reminds that do not place inflammables and explosives on the wire or next to the Ready Board and circuit protection device; Non power station personnel shall not operate high-voltage switches and do not enter the distribution room to tamper with electrical equipment. In case of fire in electrical appliances, first cut off the power supply for rescue. Do not put it out directly with water to prevent electric shock.
