Open package inspection of PV combiner box

(1) Check the number of pieces of equipment according to the design drawings and equipment list. Check the specification and model of equipment body, accessories and spare parts according to the equipment packing list, and check the technical data such as product certificate and operation manual.

(2) The appearance of the cabinet (table, screen and panel) shall be free from damage and deformation. The paint shall be complete and the color shall be consistent. The electrical devices and components in the cabinet shall be complete and installed firmly without damage or missing.

The open box inspection shall be arranged flexibly according to the construction schedule, site conditions, hoisting means and equipment arrival time. The equipment should be in place as soon as possible after unpacking, so as to shorten the on-site storage time and storage time after unpacking. The appearance inspection can be carried out first, and the inspection inside the cabinet can be carried out after it is in place.
