On the cleaning requirements of distribution box
Cleaning the distribution box can reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, and also reduce the inconvenience of power failure to users.
After the operator completes the power failure operation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet, the operator who undertakes the cleaning operation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet needs to carry out the power test and discharge work. Depending on the model of low-voltage distribution cabinet and its installed low-voltage electrical appliances, the corresponding protection work shall be done to prevent dust and other sundries from accidentally falling into the low-voltage electrical appliances during the cleaning operation. For cleaning, the acceptance standard is that there is no dust on the low-voltage distribution cabinet and its installed low-voltage electrical shell. During acceptance, the acceptance personnel shall wear white gloves to touch the accessible parts of the low-voltage distribution cabinet and its installed low-voltage electrical shell, while the white gloves shall not be stained with dust.
After the cleaning is completed and accepted, the cleaning operator needs to carefully check and ensure that no foreign matters fall into the low-voltage distribution cabinet and the low-voltage electrical appliances installed by it. The cleaning operator can only send power after signing the power transmission license.
