Installation problems and solutions of distribution box

The distribution box has the characteristics of small size, simple installation, special technical performance, fixed location, unique configuration function, not limited by the site, relatively common application, stable and reliable operation, high space utilization, less land occupation and environmental protection effect. It is the control center to command all kinds of components in the power supply line to reasonably distribute the power, the control link to reliably receive the upper power supply and correctly feed the load power, and the key to obtain the user's satisfaction with the power supply quality. Sometimes when installing the distribution box, improper operation may cause some problems?

Causes of installation problems of distribution box:

1. The model selection is not in accordance with the drawing requirements or improper.

2. Some distribution boxes are not blocked for maintenance, and some maintenance boards are not equipped with insulation or flame-retardant data.

3. The electrical types and standards of some box devices do not meet the description requirements.

4. The iron sheet of the distribution box is too thin and the rigidity is poor, forming severe deformation between the shell and the door surface, and the sealing gap is too large.

5. There is no grounding and neutral bus, or the standard of grounding and neutral bus is too small to meet the application requirements.

Solution:

1. Is the thickness of distribution box iron box consistent with the requirements.

2. The requirements shall be ordered in strict accordance with the drawing and relevant standards. After receiving the goods, the appearance shall be checked in time to see if there is factory certificate, nameplate is correct, accessories are complete, insulation parts are incomplete, cracks and coating is intact. Does the type and standard of the electrical appliances in the box meet the requirements.

3. There is grounding terminal board in the distribution box which should be connected with the box. The operation zero line terminal board should be insulated from the box (the main distribution box is outside). The terminal board is made of rectangular bus with the cross-section more than twice of the maximum conductor in the box (but the minimum cross-section should not be less than 60mm2 and the thickness should not be less than 3mm). The data used for the terminal board are copper products.
