Inspection method for tripping of household split meter ready board box
When using the household split meter ready board box, there is a trip, so we can first check whether there is a "soft breakdown" in the "socket" circuit of the home. This judgment method is to use a 500V megger to check the insulation between the "zero line" and the "live line" after power failure. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 0.5 megohm. In addition, take down the "zero line" and "live line" of the "socket" circuit in your home, and connect them to any other switch with the same capacity in the split meter ready board box. If the switch does not trip after closing, then the "socket" circuit in your home has a slight leakage. If the switch still trips after closing, it is the "soft breakdown" of the "socket" circuit in the home. Then, it is to check whether there is a problem with the leakage protection switch of the "socket" circuit in the home.
