1. The number of poles of distribution cabinet and controlled motor shall not exceed 4, otherwise the speed adjustment is not large; Torque characteristics, critical torque, acceleration torque. Under the condition of the same motor power, the inverter specification will be reduced compared with the high overload torque mode. Electromagnetic compatibility. In order to reduce the interference of main power supply, add reactor in intermediate circuit or inverter input circuit, or isolate transformer before installation. Generally, when the distance between the motor and the distribution cabinet exceeds 50m, the reactor shall be connected in series, filtered or shielded to protect the cable.

 

2. The selection of box structure of distribution cabinet shall adapt to the actual situation. Factors such as temperature, humidity, dust, acidity, alkalinity and corrosive gases must be considered. There are several common structures: open IP00 type: it has no chassis and can be installed on the screen frame of electronic control box or electrical room, especially for the centralized use of multiple inverters, but the environmental requirements are high.

 

  1. When selecting the power of the distribution cabinet, attention must be paid to the relationship between the load rate and efficiency of the distribution cabinet. From the perspective of efficiency, the system efficiency is equal to the product of the efficiency of the distribution cabinet and the efficiency of the motor. When selecting the power of the distribution cabinet, attention should be paid to the following points: the inverter power and motor power are appropriate at that time, and the manufacturer of the distribution cabinet is convenient for the inverter to operate in an efficient state. When the power rating of the inverter is different from that of the motor, the power of the inverter must be as close to the power of the motor as possible and slightly greater than the power of the motor.
