Structural features of low voltage distribution cabinet

1. It is divided into: power receiving cabinet, bus connection cabinet, feeder cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet.

2. Cabinet structure:

(1) The cabinet frame is locally welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel, and the frame is provided with installation holes arranged according to e = 20mm and E = 100mm modules respectively, so as to improve the universality of product assembly.

(2) ZMJ bus clamp made of high flame retardant PPO material is a building block bonding structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.

(3) The cabinet adopts the whole door structure, and the back of the cabinet adopts the symmetrical double door structure. The cabinet structure is a non wall installation structure.

(4) The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanized rotary shaft hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly, and the folding edge of the door is provided with rubber inlay.

(5) The grounding knurled screw structure is used between the mounting parts in the cabinet and the frame to form a complete grounding protection circuit.

(6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus.
