The color of the outer coating of the distribution box shall be subject to electrostatic spraying. The coating shall be firmly attached and uniform in color, without falling, class barge, missing spraying and other adverse phenomena. There shall be no significant color difference and reflection at an interval of 1m, and the surface shall be flat and clean without pits, scratches and other harmful phenomena. Other coated parts and components applied in the distribution box shall also meet the same requirements as above without falling, barge, missing plating, rust and other adverse phenomena. In addition, the distribution box shall be kept clean. In addition to the user's data, spare parts and accessories required by corresponding national specifications, the distribution box shall be free of sundries, dust, etc.
Nameplate and circuit diagram of distribution box. The nameplate of each distribution box shall be made of metal. There shall be 5 items in the nameplate, such as product title, type, manufacturer title, primary technical parameters, factory number and production date. The nameplate shall be fixed at the prominent place of the front panel. The distribution cabinet is necessary to be attached with main circuit diagram, system diagram, schematic diagram, secondary control diagram, etc. the parameters in the circuit diagram are required to be together with the objects and shall be plastic treated. 2mm thick flame retardant transparent plate is embedded behind the box and cabinet door. The distribution box shall control the secondary circuit, and attached drawings are also required, which shall be supplied together with the distribution box.
