How to connect the electrical distribution box and the main electrical distribution box? What should we pay attention to?

The electrical distribution box is a general circuit electrical distribution box for all users.

electrical distribution box refers to a low-voltage distribution device that installs switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi closed metal cabinet or screen according to wiring requirements. The circuit can be connected or disconnected with manual or automatic switch during normal operation.

In case of failure or abnormality, cut off the circuit or give an alarm with the help of protective appliances. The measuring instrument can display various parameters during operation, adjust some electrical parameters, prompt or send signals deviating from the normal working state. It is commonly used in various hair lines, wiring and substations.

The yellow, green and red three-phase lines (A, B, C) are led out from the distribution switch of the general electrical distribution box, the light blue working zero line is led out from the working zero connector, and the yellow green PE protection zero line is led out from the PE terminal.

Note: The door of the main electrical distribution box and the box must be reliably connected with braided soft copper wire as the safe distance for protective neutral connection and five wire erection.

The second is to connect the yellow, green and red three-phase lines to the general disconnector of the secondary electrical distribution box, connect the light blue N line to the N terminal of the leakage protector, and connect it to the working zero line terminal block after the leakage protection.

The protective zero terminal PE board is connected with yellow and green PE lines.

Three phase lines are led out from the main isolating switch of the secondary electrical distribution box to the leakage protector.

Lead from the phase line of the leakage protection terminal to the shunt disconnector.

Note: The PE line cannot enter the leakage protector, because the action of the leakage protector at the end of the line will cause the previous leakage protector to trip, resulting in a large area power failure.

The yellow, green and red three-phase lines are respectively led out from the shunt disconnector of the electrical distribution box, the light blue working zero line is led out from the N-board terminal, and the yellow and green dual color protection zero line is led out from the PE board terminal.

Note: The door and box of the electrical distribution box must be reliably connected with braided soft copper wire as protective neutral connection.
