Experimental requirements of stainless steel meter box

A. Flame retardant function: it has V-2 grade flame retardant function, temperature resistance ≥ 130 ℃.

B. The insulation resistance of the meter box shall not be less than 20 megohm.

C. Electrical strength: apply the voltage of 50 Hz / 1500 V for 1 minute, no flashover and lightning breakdown.

D. Acid and alkali resistance: drop 1ml acid-base solution with concentration of 3% on the surface of the box and wipe it off after 1 hour without cracks and delamination.

E. Anti static pressure function: 100kg weight (Volume 10 × 10cm2) is placed at any position of the product for three minutes without cracking and damage.

F. Static extrusion resistance: 100kg gravity is applied to the horizontal meter box. After 1 minute, there is no crack, falling off and damage of the meter box.

G. Sandbag impact resistance: drop the sandbag in 7kg from 1m height, repeat for 5 times, and there is no abnormal phenomenon such as crack and falling at the connection part of meter box.

H. Climate influence: the product will not deform and crack under the condition of 30 ± 10 ℃ outside, 75 ℃ inside and long time sunlight, high temperature: 60 ± 5 ℃ 4H; low temperature: - 30 ± 3 ℃ 4H.

Impact resistance: the product is free to fall from 2m height under the condition of tightening the fixed screws (no package), and the box should be intact. Sandbag impact resistance: 7kg sandbag, falling freely at 1m height for 5 times, will be free from cracks, falling and other abnormal phenomena from the surface box.
