Problem 1: the electric tools and surface equipment in the Ready Board (board) are not firm and flat, and the spacing does not meet the requirements.

Problem 2: the laying of wires and pipelines in the Ready Board is too low.

The nozzle of the wire and pipeline laid in the Ready Board is too low, which is easy to cause ponding and sundries to enter the pipe and reduce the insulation strength of the conductor. The nozzle of the wire maintenance Pipe in the Ready Board should be 50 ~ 80mm higher than the bottom of the Ready Board. The pipelines shall be placed orderly, and the pipe orifice shall be trumpet shaped.

Problem 3: N and PE bus bars are not set in the Ready Board.

N and PE bus bars are not set in the Ready Board, which can not ensure the safe and stable operation of the line. In the lighting Ready Board (board), the busbar of zero line (N line) and maintenance ground line (PE line) shall be set respectively. The zero line and maintenance ground line shall be connected on the busbar without splicing, and shall be numbered.
