Do you understand the common problems of small distribution board?
When the small distribution board is running, it is inevitable to have faults. For some common faults, the small distribution board can be improved. Next, let me show you:
1. If a new column distribution stand is added, 2mm thick stainless steel plate can be selected when making the small distribution board shell, and the size of the small distribution board can be appropriately enlarged in proportion, so as to increase the electrical safety distance between each branch outlet and between the outlet and the box shell, which is conducive to the operation and maintenance of agricultural electricians and the replacement of melting parts, as well as heat dissipation.
2. Selection of residual current operated protector. Products conforming to gb6829 standard and certified by China Electrotechnical Product Certification Committee shall be selected. The time delay protector with low sensitivity similar to LJM (J) series can be selected.
3. The protection circuit is adopted to prevent the failure of the external circuit powered by the small distribution board. Select the intelligent phase loss protector with small volume. For example, da88cm-ii motor phase loss protection module can be selected and installed in the small distribution board to prevent the motor from burning out due to low-voltage phase loss operation.
4. Selection of fuse. The rated current of the total overcurrent protection fuse on the low-voltage side of the distribution transformer shall be greater than the rated current on the low-voltage side of the distribution transformer, generally 1.5 times of the rated current. The rated current of the melt shall be determined according to the allowable overload multiple of the transformer and the characteristics of the fuse.
5. Improve the wiring mode of the low-voltage capacitor bank of the original small distribution board, and change its installation position from the pile head on the AC contactor to between the low-voltage incoming line of the small distribution board and the meter. Prevent inaccurate measurement of the metering device due to phase failure of the capacitor circuit or capacitor damage during operation.
