Distance between components and leakage in distribution board
From the use of distribution board, it can be divided into fixed type and movable type. In the past, the auxiliary power system of the power plant used to select the movable distribution board, while the power supply system used more fixed cabinets.
With the progress of scientific skills and the continuous development of new products, many idioms are also changing.
There are many types of distribution boards, and the control line of commonly used electric traction distribution board must be grasped. The power cabinet is a combination of electrical control cabinets that provide power for the normal operation of the whole machine, including fuses, circuit breakers, touch devices, frequency converters, high-voltage cabinets, transformers, etc. The massive parameters on the data of the distribution box generally constitute a low-voltage forest. According to the electrical wiring, the switchgear, measuring instruments, maintenance appliances and auxiliary equipment are required to be assembled in a closed or semi closed metal cabinet or screen to form a low-voltage distribution box. During normal operation, the circuit can be connected or disconnected with the help of manual or automatic switch.
The size of the control circuit board shall be determined according to the organization of the appliance.
(1) The organization of electrical appliances shall be assembled by students as far as possible to develop into one or several control system equipment. Only after passing through the equipment that must be installed in a specific target orientation by the enterprise, such as buttons, manual operation switches, orientation information sensors, clutches, motors, etc., can the lax equipment be allowed to be installed in the specified orientation.
When the heating elements are installed, the temperature rise of all elements inside must be kept within their service range. Large heating elements, such as motor starting, braking resistor, etc., shall be separated during equipment, and can be cooled if required.
(2) Accessibility, all electrical appliance enterprises must place their equipment in a place convenient for replacement and testing
In order to facilitate the maintenance or adjustment of the distribution board, the electrical components in the box must be between 0.4 ~ 2m from the ground. All wiring terminals shall be located at least 0.2m above the ground to facilitate wire removal.
(3) Distance between components and leakage in distribution board
The equipment placed shall conform to the predetermined spacing, creepage interval and relevant service conditions. The exposed control box shall be considered as no arc between the control box and the live parts of the conductor wall: 250V or less, and the gap shall not be less than 15mm; For voltages of 250 to 500 volts, the gap shall not be greater than 25 mm.
