Safety control requirements for distribution box:

1. The low-voltage power supply system at the construction site shall be equipped with a general distribution box, a distribution box and a switch box to implement three-level power distribution.

2. The main distribution box shall be close to the power supply. The distribution box shall be installed in the area where the electric equipment is relatively concentrated.

3. The power distribution and lighting distribution of construction electricity should be set in separate boxes. When they are combined in the same box, the power and lighting distribution should be set in separate ways.

4. The distribution box and switch box shall be made of steel plate (with thickness of 1.2-2.0mm) or flame-retardant insulation material.

5. The power switch installed in the distribution box and switch box shall have the functions of short circuit protection and overload protection, and its rated value and action setting value shall adapt to its load.

6. Leakage protector must be installed in the main distribution box (distribution box) and switch box, and the selection of rated leakage action parameters shall comply with the following regulations:

(1) The rated leakage action current of the leakage protector in the main distribution box shall be 50-100ma, and the rated leakage action time shall be greater than 0.1s.

(2) The rated leakage action current of the leakage protector in the switch box shall not be greater than 30mA, and the rated leakage action time shall be less than 0.1s; when it is used in wet places, the rated leakage action current shall not be greater than 15mA, and the rated leakage action time shall be less than 0.1s.
