As an important component of the power system, the daily inspection of the lighting electrical ready board is crucial to ensure the safe and stable operation of the circuit. The following is a daily inspection checklist for lighting electrical ready boards, aimed at helping relevant personnel conduct comprehensive and systematic inspections:

1、 Appearance inspection

Check the surface of the electrical ready board for damage, deformation, or corrosion to ensure that the box is intact.

Check if the electrical ready board door can be closed and locked properly to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating it at will.

Confirm if there are conspicuous safety warning signs on the electrical ready board to remind personnel to pay attention to safety.

2、 Electrical component inspection

Check whether electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, and leakage protectors are working properly, without burning, damage, or abnormal heating.

Observe whether the connection of the incoming and outgoing lines is firm, without loose or exposed wires, and ensure good contact.

Check if the wiring terminals are securely fastened and there are no signs of overheating or burning.

3、 Grounding and insulation inspection

Confirm that the grounding of the electrical ready board is reliable, the grounding wire is well connected, and there is no looseness or breakage.

Use an insulation tester to check the insulation performance of the wires and electrical components inside the electrical ready board, ensuring no leakage.

4、 Environmental adaptability inspection

Ensure that the electrical ready board is installed in a dry and well ventilated environment, avoiding moisture or overheating.

Check if there are sufficient safety passages and operating spaces reserved around the electrical ready board, and if there are no flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials piled up.

5、 Other inspections

Check whether the interior of the electrical ready board is clean, free of debris and dust accumulation, and ensure good heat dissipation.

Verify whether the neutral and grounding wires inside the electrical ready board are correctly connected to specially designed terminal posts or copper bars.

Record the inspection date and the name of the inspector for subsequent tracking and review.

Through this daily checklist, safety hazards in lighting electrical ready boards can be promptly identified and addressed, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
