[Composite Distribution Board] The size standard is particular
The size standard of Composite Distribution Board is as follows:
1. If the electrical box is only a lighting electrical box or a small power distribution box, and the incoming line is less than 10 square meters, and the number of switch digits is less than 20, the size of the switch width is added up, and each side is added with 20 mm, which is the width of the electrical box. The height is the height of the switch plus 40 mm, and the switch depth is the limit plus 10 mm.
2. When the electrical box is only a lighting electrical box or a small power distribution box, the incoming line is less than 10 square meters, and the number of switches is more than 20, the electrical box needs to be arranged as two rows of switches. The size of the switch width adds up, and each side adds 40 mm to the width of the electrical box. The height is the height of the switch plus 40 mm, and the switch depth is the limit plus 10 mm.
3. When the electrical box is only a lighting electrical box or a small power distribution box, the incoming line is less than 10 square meters, and the incoming line switch only needs a separate row, the width of the electrical box is the sum of the switch width dimensions, plus 20 mm on each side. The height is the height of the incoming line switch plus 40 mm, and the depth is the limit number plus 10 mm.
4. When the electrical box is only a power electrical box (or a power lighting distribution box), the algorithm is basically the same as above, but when the incoming line is larger than 10 square meters, consider the bending radius of the incoming line, whether the wiring terminal has enough space reserved for incoming lines, and when two rows of switches are arranged, consider the wiring and routing of the switches.
