Some workers often report that the shell of your distribution cabinet in the plant sometimes feels electric shock, so they ask us whether there is a problem or the distribution cabinet is aging. In fact, the phenomenon of electric leakage may be because the ground wire is not properly grounded or not grounded, which will lead to electric leakage. It is not the aging of the equipment shell, but it is estimated that there may be some aging of the wire. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the ground wire is not grounded or the wire is aging.
Repeated grounding of distribution cabinet:
(1) . for the terminal of the main line and branch line of the overhead line, the place where the length of the branch line exceeds 200m shall be disposed when the pavement along the line is 1km high;
(2) . the line is led to the first power distribution device of the workshop and large buildings (entrance);
(3) When metal pipe wiring is adopted, repeated grounding shall be conducted after the metal pipe is connected with the protective zero line; When the clinker pipe wiring is adopted, the protective zero line shall be laid separately and repeatedly grounded.
After the foundation channel steel is fabricated, it shall be embedded according to the position marked in the drawing in cooperation with the civil works. There are also ways to embed the steel plate and then weld the channel steel on the steel plate. On site welding requires a power supply that can bear a certain load. After welding, secondary cleaning such as rust removal and paint shall be carried out. Channel steel shall not be welded on site unless it is forced. If the quantity is large and the accuracy requirements are strict, even level with a level gauge. The unevenness and levelness of foundation channel steel installation shall be less than 1mm per meter long and less than 5mm in full length. Maintain the level of distribution cabinet foundation, which is mainly to ensure the straightness of distribution cabinet installation, the compact and firm arrangement of cabinet bodies in rows, and avoid the deformation of distribution cabinet caused by external force extrusion. Especially in the drawer cabinet system, leveling can avoid the jamming of drawer pulling mechanism and the damage of insulation between chambers in the distribution cabinet, so as to prevent electrical accidents. After the foundation channel steel is installed, the galvanized flat steel outside the cabinet or introduced from the structure shall be introduced into the cabinet (matched with the installation ground wire of the transformer) and welded with both ends of the channel steel. The welding length shall be twice the width of the flat steel, and then the channel steel shall be painted with anti rust seven and silver seven. During the transportation, loading and unloading of the distribution cabinet, if there is a lifting ring on the top of the cabinet, the sling shall be worn in the lifting ring. If there is no lifting ring, the sling shall be hung at the main load-bearing structure, and the sling shall not be hung on the equipment. The rope length of the sling shall be consistent to prevent cabinet deformation or damage to components.
